Ian has over 25 years experience extracting, moving and visualising data for a wide variety of companies from small charities to large multinationals. His passion is helping clients extract clean and valuable information from data.
When he is not working Ian likes sailing at the Clevedon Sailing club, spending time with his family, eating good food and drinking fine coffee (made by Simon).

Our boffin in the cupboard Simon has been with us since July 2011. His 20 years of experience includes being an Application and Systems Architect to a £2.5 billion turnover company and an Award winning E- commerce developer and consultant. He is also a very talented coffee maker.
When Simon is allowed out of the cupboard he boxes at the Bristol Boxing Gym in St Paul’s, looks after his children and enjoys mountain running.

Data Management Consultant
Graduating with a 1st class honours degree in Information Technology and Management for Business (ITMB) from UWE, Joshua joined our team in 2014.
Since then Joshua has gained a great deal of experience across a wide range of development work as a certified Talend Enterprise Big Data Consultant working on multiple client projects with Age UK, DAS, RAC and Monsoon Accessorize. Joshua has also completed Jaspersoft v6 Technical Training to create BI reporting and dashboards.
When Joshua gets a chance he is off snowboarding in the Dolomites and when he not in Italy he is playing snooker with his friends here in Bristol.

Ed is an experienced database developer and solutions architect after 15 years of working in the industry. Ed has worked all over the world in the Telco, utilities and banking sectors.
Ed enjoys all sports, loves music and has recently developed an interest in horticulture. Ed is our expert on the solar system - he has a degree in Astrophysics!

Analyst and Data Consultant
Henry is an imaginative data analyst used to dealing with complex data sets. Henry joined KETL at the start of 2016 from HEFCE (Higher Education Funding Council for England) where he was responsible for collecting and analysing financial data.
Since joining KETL Henry has worked on analytics projects with Send a Cow and data migration for Monsoon Accessorize.
Henry is also an experienced trainer, having worked as an associate lecturer in data analytics, whilst completing his PhD at Manchester Met in modelling pseudo-hierarchical networks.
Henry is also a volunteer maths tutor, here in Bristol, working with local secondary schools to help young people to meet their potential.
When he is not working or volunteering Henry can be found organising the weekly board game night and monthly movie night for the Vegan and Vegetarian local Meetup group.

Data Integration Consultant
Joining us in December 2016 Adam is an experienced ETL and software developer having worked in the industry for over 25 years.
Adam enjoys snooker, playing his guitar and is kept busy with his young family. Adam is also a secret biscuit enthusiast Shhh.

Sara joined KETL in 2016 to get us up and running with JIRA software and design new in-house processes to keep work flowing smoothly. Sara gathers client requirements and then works with the development team and the PM to ensure that they are delivered.
After graduating with a BA in English from the University of Cambridge Sara went on to gain her MA in English Studies at the University of Exeter. She still enjoys reading, as well as running and various arts and crafts. Sara is our go-to process person.

Juan Acosta joins us to become a developer. Juan graduated from the University of Bath with a 1st class honours degree in Mathematics. Juan spent a year as a software developer as part of his degree. Since joining KETL Juan has gained Talend Data Quality and Data Integration certification.
When Juan is not at work he can be found karate training, computer programming or indulging in science fiction.

Marketing and Business Development
Helen joined us in 2014 to help develop our content marketing and business development strategy. Helen creates all the content for our clients, prospects and our user groups. KETL is software agnostic and we are often part of a network of delivery partners. Helen is partner manager. We work closely with best of breed solutions such as Talend and Exasol. Helen is an advisory panel member of Womens Tech Hub Bristol, a community admin for Tech4Good Bristol and runs the Talend Community user group Bristol.
Helen enjoys working at KETL because it is a family-friendly company with a focus on sharing knowledge and experience.
Out of work Helen keeps fit at Bristol’s Fitness Kings classes, she volunteers as a governor at the Hope School for Bristol’s children in care and makes nice cakes.

A key member of the business, Mark has been acting in the role of Non-Executive Director since August 2010, and has helped to define and grow our business model. He drives regular monitoring of progress against targets and keeps the techies firmly grounded and focused.
Out of the office Mark enjoys off-road biking, gardening and restoring lovely old cars.
